Good afternoon. I am writing for the management of the restorant(and for the information of the guests). On August 31, we came here for lunch (4 people). This is a story about how important it is to have a professional staff. We liked the design and interior of the restaurant, it is clear that the owners attracted a good designer and made serious investments. The waiter spoke Georgian only, brought us a menu in English, accepted the order, nodded and we waited for delicious food and drinks. We ordered 20 khinkali, lobio, 2 ostri, salads and snacks. In 30 minutes! they brought us 1 salad and water, which we ordered. We asked the waiter to bring bread 4 times! (I know that bread in Georgian is puri, shoti ;))) for each subsequent course, we had to go to the bar ourselves and ask for the ordered food :). After 45 minutes, one of the 3 snacks was brought to us! After 1.5 hours, we still found out with the help of a kind guest of this institution that the waiter did not make the main order in the kitchen;)))) We decided that we no longer wanted to continue this circus. We received an invoice for 62 GEL with 10% included for the service;) when we said that we did not want to pay this 10% for SUCH service, the restaurant administrator spoke to us with a threat in his voice that we WERE OBLIGED! We paid and realized that all the guests of the restaurant who do not speak Georgian should know better about our experience. As a result, we had lunch with a very tasty shawarma nearby. Well, as a result of the visit to this restaurant, our mood is spoiled, the restaurant owners did not receive about 150 GEL. We wish you to improve the quality of service! :)
