Even 1 star is too much. Due to the fact that I did not have a valid residence permit, they tried to set a high price for the registration of the lease agreement. I am a Russian immigrant who has lived in Istanbul for 4 years and I have never seen such disrespectful attitude towards myself there. If you are not a Turk either, I recommend avoiding this notary.
