At the beginning of the summer, I went on vacation with my family to Turkey. We picked up the hotel ourselves, the travel agency has already offered us the departure days. It was very important to take off and arrive so as not to lose an hour of rest. But the day before departure, we find out that the flight was postponed for 10 hours. I was the first to encounter such a transfer to Belavia. The travel agent did not offer any options until she contacted the tour operator on her own, and the representative suggested options. I flew through different travel agencies, but the solution to such issues was much better. I'm unlikely to come here again.
