It's just awful. The woman who is at the checkout greets the guests with a dissatisfied face and the words "Hello. What do you want?". Then she also barked in response to my questions. I understand that everyone's mood can be different, but it's very insulting to hear screams in response to their goodwill. There are so few such places in the city. In general, the cafe is beautiful and cozy. The coffee is wonderful. But the staff leaves much to be desired. A huge request to send a person to etiquette courses.

A favorite place in the city, the staff is always friendly and smiling, the coffee is the most delicious and high-quality in the city; and a big plus is that the coffee shop is open every day without lunch and weekends, you can drink coffee both at 7 a.m. and at 11 p.m.
