We visited this palace in peaceful 2019 as part of the Minsk-Paris bus tour :-) Yes, there have been such before. A wonderful kind of museum, paintings, sculptures, jugs. And all this is of the highest level, I hope we will look there again!!! )) And an undoubted plus - admission is free!)
An excellent collection of Art Nouveau and assorted paintings and sculptures in the building of the Paris Exhibition of 1900.A luxurious garden/bistro where you can sleep on the sun loungers at lunchtime. There is no need to pay for admission.Even for the pre-Raphaelites.Magnificent gates and a fountain at the Churchill monument.
Parisians call it the Petit Palais (or Little Palace). It was built in the shortest possible time to receive people of the business world at the Paris Exhibition of Achievements in 1911. Entrance to the main exhibition is free of charge. Sculptures and palace furniture are presented. Paintings not included in the collection of the Louvre and at the same time famous artists. The lower floor is an Orthodox exposition. The architecture of both the building itself and the interior design is majestic!!! I definitely recommend it.
I love this place: there are always interesting exhibitions, a beautiful park inside. You can just sit on a chaise longue and meditate... there is a cafe. Admission is free.
