The impression is huge. This is the history of the 19th century. Yes, the gate was built back in the XI century, during the reign of the Karakhanids. Aksaray is the "White Palace", the grandiose ruined residence of Amir Timur in his hometown of Shakhrisabz. The preserved part is impressive, although there is little left of it. It was built in the XIII century. The height of the main arches reached 70 meters. It's worth a trip and a look. Just not in the hot season.
It's beautiful. There are electric bicycles for three people. Very convenient. The park is clean. Benches, urns, everything is at hand. I recommend. A beautiful monument to Amir Temur. It looks great
The gate is the entrance to the park where Tamerlane's Barn is located. Its ruins are impressive in size and antiquity. There is a huge young park around with a slight sadness of focal neglect. There is almost no shade in the park. The gate itself is just a big gate.

There is nothing to look at, everything is new. You need to pay for the entrance to each attraction separately. The price tag is a horse for this. Not a single toilet is working.
