Although the provided information sometimes is totally wrong and requirements just opposite to official consulate ones, but still the staff is friendly and helpful, wait not so long as usually in visa process, so for this traditionally one of the worst kind of services, this particular seems not so bad.

I applied for a visa because I am flying with a class to Germany. We were told that they would do everything in 4 days . I have a flight in 5 days and I have not been given a visa. if I am not given a visa before departure, then the service and the center itself can rightfully be considered terrible
