We often bought in this store. Before the new year, we bought a sweater and a cardigan as a gift. The cardigan didn't fit. When buying, they asked about the possibility of a refund or exchange, since it might not be suitable as a gift. After the New Year, we found time to exchange, arrived, we were refused: the deadline for a refund has expired (Is this right in such a situation?) The thing didn't fit me - I didn't wear it (!) I return it with an additional payment for the exchange. With a surcharge, I wanted to find something suitable. The item was sold to me without a tag (when buying, it was not important to me as a buyer), and upon return it became one of the reasons why they refused to accept the item. The second reason was the internal receipt, which, of course, I threw away (after all, they found me in the database, exactly this thing that I bought on what day and for what price), why do I need this receipt? And third, they were forced to pay by transfer to a card in order not to pay taxes, then they asked for a cash receipt during the exchange. As a result, they didn't change the thing, but since I don't need it either, I made them a solid New Year's gift. I do not recommend the store!
