Seriously? How shameful it is! But this is half the trouble, they took a 50% prepayment, after detecting the defect, they asked if I wanted to pick up this asshole with a discount, I understand that dry cleaning will cost me much more than the discount, I refused. The money was promised to be returned within a week, but as it turned out later, the BANK makes a refund within 10 days. Well, guys, either you make morons out of customers, or your accounting department makes you, and then you embarrass yourself in front of customers. The bank processes the payment within one day if anything. In general, the store is disgusting, since it's fast to take payment, and check the product for quality or make a refund ... I don't understand what's wrong with you there? As a result, I can't buy another sofa, because they didn't give me a refund, although they promised, I'm sitting waiting for this terrible bank to give birth and return my money to me, because the seller was stupid…

Problems at all stages.
First, I came to the showroom on Shevchenko, chose a carpet. The manager said I'll bring it from the warehouse now. After 20 minutes, it turned out that there was no carpet available, I just wasted my time.
OK, I ordered the delivery. The delivery was supposed to arrive on December 29 from 12 to 14. At 14:30 the driver called, said he would arrive in an hour. I finally arrived at 17:20. I brought the wrong carpet.
All this time I tried to call support - in half of the cases they hung up, said a couple of times that they would make decisions and call back - they never called back.
As a result, it was just a day spent waiting, not my order, and even no elementary apologies. It's disgusting, I don't recommend it to anyone.
