My aunt came to visit from Korea. We sent her to visit friends. We ordered a taxi back to the Region.
In shock. We waited for a taxi for half an hour. Then the taxi driver went to refuel. Instead of Nazarbayev Street, he drove to Abai Street. I talked on the phone during the trip. Then I dropped my aunt off at another house. He did not want to give change, and then, when he was outraged at how much the meter was wound up (2 times more than usual), he sent her a foul language on ... It's terrible how this is possible. The mood from a wonderful meeting with friends is spoiled. We will never use this taxi again. And we would like to protect passengers from such inadequate drivers, deaf and aggressive.

Terrible attitude towards customers!!!! We ordered a cargo taxi with the operator's calculation of 18,000 tenge, taking into account two loaders, in fact we requested 26,000 tenge, the loaders did not unload the cargo!!! They said the time is up!!!!! How so, please tell me whose fault is it that either the driver or the movers did not meet the deadline?! Mom had to unload the heavy cabinets herself because no one else was around!!! Unscrupulous....
