We have cable TV from A1, it's a nightmare!!!! If it turns off, it is impossible to achieve any sense, because the call center is located in Minsk, and the nearest office is in Vitebsk. This is only possible with us!!!
In general, the whole story begins in the distant end of 2018, or early 2019, when I was tempted to buy a Xiaomi mi a2 lite cordless phone in the Wellcom salon in Orsha along Mira Street, the only thing I liked about the phone at that time was a good camera.
And so, in October 2019, the headphone jack stopped working, I come to the salon, I want to hand over the phone for repair, but first I get a counter question from a very arrogant girl, did I wear it for repair, to which I give her the answer that the phone is under warranty. She reluctantly checked that such a problem really existed and agreed to accept the phone for repair. And during the repair, I offered a phone with a broken screen to replace my phone. Before giving the phone for repair, I ordered that I transfer all the necessary information, log out of all accounts, etc. It did not work out to hand over the phone on the same day, since it came late enough, and it did not work out so quickly to transfer all the information. I handed it over a few days later to another employee, much more competent.
So, after a month of normal operation of the headphones, again the same problem with the connector. And also, the same employee who sold the phone and whom I turned to for the first time to hand over the phone, did not inform me when buying that your Xiaomi nedotelephones show ads right in the menu when, for example, you scroll through photos in the gallery, for which she has a huge bow.
I tried to call the contact center, waited for more than 10 minutes, and that was the end of my patience.
