We came for Samsung, we chose it in advance. The seller started to talk him out of it, because Xiaomi is better. As a result, the conversation turned aside: my grandmother's xiaomi is better than Honor's (they still want this comparison when buying a phone). They turned around and left without buying. I understand that there may be a higher premium for the Chinese, but it is obviously better for the business to leave the customer without buying at all.
I bought the product and cried at the quality of customer service, both for buyers and for the quality of communication services. The funny thing is when the Internet and communication stopped working, right in the A1 office. I had to skip sending the number. The connection in A1 is terrible, as is the mobile Internet. I was very dissatisfied with the company and the staff.
