In general, so that the Internet remains in the same apartment and just rewrite it to other passport data, it costs them 360p. "Excellent" Internet. Good customer orientation. The Internet is so-so by the way. Either it works fine, or it doesn't ship at all. It sometimes shows that it is connected, but it is not there, restart the router, 5 minutes is normal, then again.
Somehow I got on a weekday at 18h.05min, one manager is working. People!!! The rush hour time is 10 customers sat for exactly an hour.and you have one manager.
A large, beautiful and comfortable office, employees can answer all questions, but often there is a huge workload and parking is a problem, minus the company itself in the quality of services provided and employees cannot help with this, which is natural, but as a plus they talk about it very tactfully and correctly (pleases and upsets at the same time)

I highly recommend not to visit this department. A1 should think about who she entrusts the department to and conduct training with these employees (and some can also be shown to a psychologist).

I contacted this service point for the purchase of a phone and warranty repair. Both times I was served by qualified and very polite operators. They serve quickly and offer different options. There are a lot of people and a lot of elderly people, because the Komarovka area is their place of attraction) There is a table for children with small poufs. There is a wide range of products available. There are two information kiosks. There are parking spaces opposite.
The service is very slow. Specialists are running to each other, trying to figure out the issues on which they were approached.
There is no convenience for clients: the client stands, the specialist sits, which fully corresponds to the level of customer orientation of the company.
I took a SIM card for the promotion to the home Internet, the consultant explained everything in detail and gave answers to all questions. And she almost didn't sell any extras. Services :)

Disgusting company. They can't come and install the Internet for me for a month. And two times they did not come and continue to offer time when I am not at home. They didn't even take the slightest step towards it.
This A1 center works with the equipment (unlike some of their other service centers). I came to terminate the contract for the provision of services (home Internet), returned the equipment, paid a fine on the spot using a bill acceptor (2.5 basic values for early termination of the contract according to the terms, everything is OK here).
There was only 1 person in front of me in the queue, all employees were wearing masks and gloves, there are markings on the floor to keep the distance. I was served in 10 minutes. Helpful and pleasant staff. April 15, 2020.
