We bought a smartphone for a 90-year-old grandmother. The staff was very attentive and polite, competently helped with advice and the choice of model and tariff plan. Since it was daytime, the wait took no more than 10 minutes. Grandma is happy with the gifts - a trifle, but pleasant.
It's good that there are places in Minsk where they can help with issues related to setting up devices after buying them, and this is the A1 store on 105 Nezavisimosti Avenue! Special thanks to employee Alexey Asmolovsky for professional and quick assistance to ordinary users in installing Google services on a Huawei tablet!👍
I do not recommend using this service center to anyone!
I tried to connect the A1 home Internet here three times and three times the staff made mistakes!
For the first time, an employee, Vladimir Chvarkov, incorrectly informed me about the terms of the campaign, and therefore I decided to refuse their offer.
After I found out that he was wrong, I went here a second time. This time, the employee had already practically signed a contract and went to the warehouse to look for a router and she was gone for 15 minutes! Since I had already waited 40 minutes for my turn, I was forced to leave without waiting for her, because I was in a hurry.
And finally, the third time - everything went well, the contract was signed, but when the master of connecting the Internet came to my house, it turned out that the employee of this center who executed my contract, it was Vladimir Chvarkov again, forgot to issue some kind of transfer certificate to the router and they can't provide it to me now!
And I will have to go to the A1 office again to get this router in person!!!
In addition, there are always huge queues here because only 2-3 out of 6 jobs work.
