It turned out that they couldn't turn us off, because they had a contract with another director who quit 1.5 years ago. But we were somehow able to connect without mentioning the last director?! And a robot on a phone line is something altogether. He doesn't understand you, paraphrases your questions, and doesn't connect you with the operator in any way. I had to come personally to the head office, where I also had questions... A lot of time was lost, at that time we could have been doing other work. I'm in a bad mood, and I don't want to go back to the operator.
I bought a mobile phone and a watch. I really liked the attitude and general involvement of Tatiana's consultant. I explained everything, showed it and set up the phone. At the exit, I received a ready-made and functioning kit.
I purchased Redmi Buds 5 Pro headphones. I planned to pay for part of the purchase in cash, part by card. I was not allowed to check the goods before payment, and the employee Tatiana did not warn me that the deposited cash would not be refunded. The quality of the headphones turned out to be lower than expected, the price is not justified. Despite my desire to refuse the purchase, I was forced to purchase another product. I consider such service unacceptable. I do not recommend this store.
