Good afternoon. I had never left negative feedback before, because I always got into the situation, because everything happens in life and everything can be understood. But not in this case. Online store from A1. I ordered a phone on 02.12.2024 as a gift to my mother in this A1 store, for my birthday. Especially a week before the holiday, so that he could come in time. By the time it was the Black Friday period, there were excellent offers for some positions, but that's not the point. The order was accepted, assigned a number, an SMS came that the product would be delivered within 3-4 days. I.e., somewhere on Thursday 05.12.2024, I started waiting for it. On Friday, I already decided to call the call center to find out the status of the application. I was told that due to the large influx of orders, the shipment of goods and delivery is slightly delayed. Well, I thought, this could actually be the case. The next day, when I'm going to go to my birthday, I think I'll call, find out if they'll deliver today and give you a phone. The call center met all my expectations, apologized for the long delivery (several times, it is worth paying tribute) and assured me that the goods had already been handed over to the courier and he should contact me as soon as possible to clarify where to deliver the phone, because the delivery was delayed and I can be in another place other than the specified one previously, the delivery addresses. Satisfied with the conversation, I was just going to the doctor. A couple of hours later, I contacted the call center again to clarify if the courier was going to contact at all. They created an even more urgent request for my request and said that they would contact me literally right away in the shortest possible time. I must say right away, no one called that day, the next day, on the evening of 08.12.2024, I already decided to call myself and ask what the reason was, where the courier disappeared. They looked at my application for a long time and replied apologizing that it was written in the application that my phone was not in stock and had to wait. Here it was at the courier, and now it is not in stock. Of course, it is interesting, and such a service, it turns out, happens. As a result, they said they would contact me as soon as the phone once again arrives at the warehouse and bring it at the same price at which they accepted my initial request. That's what we agreed on, but for myself I decided that I would not wait long and in my free time I would just pick up another phone in another place, since this is the situation. It's not good to bring a phone to the doctor a month after the holiday. To my great surprise, to be honest, I got a call the very next day. They said that everything appeared, and asked if it would be convenient to deliver after 18-00. I asked you to mark that if possible, then after 19-00 it would be perfect. The note was made with the words that the courier would call in advance anyway. Inspired by this call, if I may say so, I waited for the evening and specially hurried home by 18-00, because couriers often call "in advance" being already in front of the barrier at home. That's how my evening went :D and half of the next day (I remind you, 10.12.24). I do not know how many times I call the call center myself. I hear the next deepest apologies to myself and, probably, to my order. Once again, they create the most urgent request, but already for the A1 online store itself, so that they contact me as soon as possible and explain what the problem is to deliver the phone within a week after the expiration of the maximum possible delivery time. Even the case is different, I would say. What's the problem with just calling me all this time? I have never seen such a terrible service anywhere. I will never use the A1 online store again and I will advise my friends not to make my mistakes either. Thank you all for your attention. In total, in the dry balance for those who do not like to read a lot of letters or who read books from the end. Online store A1. The order was placed on 02.12.24, today 12.12.2024. There is no product, there is also no call from the courier/store/someone. This is despite the fact that I called myself and promised to do it all 5 times. As proof, all their conversations at the call center are always recorded. A1 online store - you are the best (no). 1 star only so that you can leave a review, so in fact 0.

Reading reviews about A1 company and, to my great regret, there were more negative reviews, I decided to leave my review. I have never written reviews, and I never thought that I would also be among those who write negative reviews, but this time I have to do it, because the work of A1 company causes only negative emotions. And now about everything in order. A1 company, without any warning or explanation, allows itself to debit money from a client's account (I myself have encountered this egregious situation). Realizing that A1 was not interested in solving the client's problems, I had to collect the entire evidence base myself without A1's help (actually doing their work). The company's management does not want and does not want to accept reasoned arguments and evidence that their client is right and the money was written off illegally. On the contrary, the management of A1 company in this situation repeatedly forced me to admit and confirm deliberately false evidence, i.e. those that benefit the management of A1 company (and this despite the fact that I had reasoned facts and evidence). This only means that A1 is not interested in and does not value its customers, treats customers, I'm not afraid of this word, without giving a damn, thereby lowering its rating among other companies. When we come to live in another country, we must learn the language of that country and respect those who live there. So why does the management of A1 company, living in the Republic of Belarus and hosting a personal reception for clients, communicate with the help of an interpreter? I was informed about this 5 minutes before the meeting. Why wasn't this information conveyed as soon as the appointment was made? I live in Belarus, I have not come to another country, so why should I communicate through an interpreter? We have two official languages in Belarus: Belarusian and Russian. At any of them, host a reception and respect those who have come to you. This is another A1 company's attitude towards customers living in the Republic of Belarus. Is this also such a "respectful" attitude towards the client on the part of A1's management? In addition, all the other people present also spoke English. This is disrespectful to those who live in Belarus. But then another question immediately arose: "Was it even the CEO of A1 who was hosting the reception?" The photo on A1's official website and the real person I saw are completely different and dissimilar people. What did A1 expect in this situation? At the reception, self-respecting people, and there were 4 of them, greet each other if they are addressed. But this is clearly not familiar to A1 employees. As soon as I once again did not make a decision that was beneficial to A1, the pressure began in my direction. Realizing that I would not agree with what was beneficial to the A1 company's management and did not correspond to reality, suddenly, in some miraculous way, everyone present instantly began to speak in Russian and in raised tones. And the CEO, seeing my persistence and rightness, just got up and left the conversation. How's that? Is this decent CEO behavior? It's just a business-level aerobatics of disrespect for the client. Written statements are answered by unsubscribing. It is simply impossible to get to the person who signed the answer, the person is simply invisible. I was constantly being forced to consult people I hadn't asked for and didn't need at all. It even reached the point of absurdity – I was strongly urged to consult with a person who is located in another city. I live in Minsk. A1 company, what did you expect and what did you think when you offered it? Is this your work style and interest in clients? Service 150 is generally some kind of horror. I had to wait 30 minutes for the phone to be picked up, and then listen to the robot for 15 minutes, which connects with the real operator to resolve the issue. And then listen to vague promises, realizing that the operator (I talked to several operators) does not have any information at all. Operators do not solve or delve into the client's problem, but speak like robots the same memorized phrase. What is there to keep such employees who do not match their professional qualities and their position? A self-respecting company that values its reputation and customers will not keep a customer waiting long. This is just an egregious situation that I'm facing. This is only a small part of the indifference and disrespect that I had to write about. A1 company is not a customer-oriented mobile operator. The company's employees' indifferent attitude towards customers is an indicator that the company is not interested in customers. And as a result, it is an A1 company with a low social rating. A1 company, which is supposed to be the face of the Republic of Belarus, has shown itself negatively not only in front of its customers, but also in front of the guests of the Republic of Belarus (reviews of guests who visit the Republic of Belarus prove this). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOBILE OPERATOR TO ANYONE.

I never thought that I would write any reviews, well, now I'm on the verge of a nervous system breakdown , 3 masters have already come to us, we have been using the Internet for 4 days, each time a different master arrives and says that he was given an incorrect application , did not take anything with him and everything like that , I already laid it myself I called a friend of the installer , he compressed everything for me because they couldn't do it , paid money for his cable for all this work to other people , well, problems started with the router that it doesn't provide 500 MB of speed , but the old 86-92 MB remained , with a cat6 cable that provides up to 10,000 MB. as a result, the money is debited, the Internet sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't work, I'm roughly speaking without Internet, and they keep leaving incorrect requests and no one comes and does nothing, they just call back and say that tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow and always tomorrow everything will be fixed, well, let's go 5 days, and nothing is done.
