The service was excellent only on the day of the order, they responded very promptly when ordering the product and called to say that the payment was successful. They assured me that the order would be ready within a week (it was important for me, because I was making a gift to my husband for others), but in the end it had already been 10 days and it had only been sent by mail. During this time, I tried to contact you three times and clarify at what stage the order is, ignoring everywhere!!! No one answered on the site for 2 days, they are silent on Instagram, they do not answer the phone! Even the girl who called me to tell me that the payment was successful, I got through twice from the 5th and from another number, because mine was blocked, as I understand it (constantly busy), and the other phone was picked up from the second ring. As a result, my husband's birthday is today, and the order will be delivered sometime by Wednesday (based on the conversation). It's a disgusting attitude, there's no other way to say it. There is no customer orientation. I will never order in this office again!
