They assured me that the order would be ready within a week (it was important for me, because I was making a gift to my husband for others), but in the end it had already been 10 days and it had only been sent by mail. During this time, I tried to contact you three times and clarify at what stage the order is, ignoring everywhere!!! No one answered on the site for 2 days, they are silent on Instagram, they do not answer the phone! Even the girl who called me to tell me that the payment was successful, I got through twice from the 5th and from another number, because mine was blocked, as I understand it (constantly busy), and the other phone was picked up from the second ring. As a result, my husband's birthday is today, and the order will be delivered sometime by Wednesday (based on the conversation). It's a disgusting attitude, there's no other way to say it. There is no customer orientation. I will never order in this office again!
