The stupid design of the washing gun itself, on which the brush is hanging, yes, it is hanging. In my case, the brush was simply broken, it was locked in the first position "sink with a brush" and when the button was pressed, it was impossible to move it anywhere, the cashier did not warn about this. While I was trying to do something with her for half of the paid time, the money was naturally debited. Initially, I was not going to wash the car with a brush at all, but only wanted to knock down the dust under pressure. Realizing that he couldn't do anything himself, he went to the operator. He explained that apparently the BRUSH was jammed (he was aware of this jamb) and in order to move it, you need to "PUT IT FIRMLY ON THE GROUND AND ONLY THEN PRESS THE BUTTON." What? Is this an instruction for use? Poke the brush into the ground to switch to another mode?
In general, the operator went with me to the sink. Naturally, the brush did not work and the girl poked the brush into the ground to "fix" the gun) It turned out, the brush moved away, but then it was blocked again) Some kind of circus) OK, I'll wash it anyway. But the most interesting thing is that the brush is fidgeting on the gun back and forth!!! AND IT IS NOT FIXED! It turns out that it is impossible to hold a gun with one hand! In this case, the brush dangles back and forth and simply locks!)
Also, the design of the hose attachment is not thought out and he constantly knocks on the car. And there is no way to hold it with the other hand, because I remind you, you need to hold a brush that moves back and forth. In general, I got rid of it, half of the car was dirty, went up to the cashier and conveyed the full range of my feelings and said that I was thinking about such a service.
The question of why the operator sells tokens for a car wash that does not work correctly remained open. In general, I was there for the first and last time!
