There are no words, just bad emotions! When accepting the apartment, they handed over the keys to the doors. One from the apartment and 5 from the total, to my surprise, but how so?! The opposite is logical! The man said with annoyance, we have it like this... as a result, I made a copy of one key... and it turned out that the opposite was true. The keys look exactly the same, and so do the locks, so it didn't occur to check. But it's also clear that the guy probably didn't figure it out.. But such incompetence entailed the production of unnecessary copies of keys, which also cost money, and also had to urgently move into the place, since the workers could not get into the apartment. There is no limit to my anger! He also told me with such annoyance that this was normal for them. I got it mixed up myself, but I'm in trouble.

There is a problem with parking, there are only paid ones, but they cost more in total than my car. They closed the open parking lot on Kamova, and now if someone, God forbid, put the car wrong somewhere, they will always meet a cheerful tow truck. Tow trucks are now regular visitors, everything is for people... In fact, everything is in order to charge you more money, and they deeply do not care about comfort.

I'm not a fan of reviews, much less bad ones. I built 2 apartments in Novaya Borovaya, I was thinking about buying 3 apartments. I came to my native A-100 sales office in 2023 to find out what interesting things are being built. The sales department surprised me unpleasantly. Complete lack of customer orientation, interest, desire to sell and interest. I thought I was unlucky, probably a beginner. I came in February 2024, got on the manager Mirin, the impression of sales just amazed me. I did something like an automaton in 1 minute, as if I was passing the speed limit, I didn't come for sausage, I actually came for an apartment. She provoked a conflict more than once. She answered respectfully. She was a little polite at the end when we left and it was funny for her to say call. After such a reception, of course, I will call you. Such a contrast in comparison of what was and what has become. I have something to compare, last year there was no force majeure and no intern. This is a rapid rollback. I am silent about the fact that they began to build, kamennaya gorka is a sleeping area, and the beetle and the toad are well. There is no concept, no quality, no soul, there is nothing that you started with before. I definitely sell everything and invest in a decent alternative, since it exists. I won't do any advertising. For me, the A-100 is an example of how, having built a decent 3 blocks, you can quickly turn into a construction trust or a mapid.
