One of the most beautiful and unusual areas of the hotel that I have seen. The height difference is enhanced by landscaping, an incredible number of pine trees, a lot of swimming pools, and a beautiful wine bar at the highest point of the hotel. The hotel is not new, but it is well renovated, as is the water park.
Great animation in the evenings.
The food is delicious, varied, alcohol is standard exclusive) there is champagne freely available, which is rare. The beach is artificially created on several platforms, with different surfaces. There is an elevator leading to the beach. Entrance from the pontoon. All these facts are just a plus for those who want to swim, and not walk for half an hour to the depth. The hotel is located in the village, which means there is no breakdown with pharmacies, shops and a market, everything is in stock and within walking distance. There is also a Migros supermarket nearby, small, but the main thing is there. In general, I definitely recommend you to visit.

Recently, our family spent a vacation at the A Good Life Utopia Family Resort, and we want to share our impressions.
Location and infrastructure

I was at this hotel at the end of August 2024. Great hotel, delicious food, good entertainment, it's even good that there is no beach, but clean sea, good pier. The staff is polite. Alcoholic beverages are European, however, you need to tell the bartenders directly to sew European whiskey. 79% of the hotel is Turkish, which is good, as the staff is more fussy. Although the hotel has not been renovated for a long time, but the rooms are decent, they are cleaned every day, the bed is changed every other day. It's four stars, but a very decent place with all-inclusive conditions. Oktay Ilayba lobby bar is well done, they make great cocktails and delicious coffee!!! I want to come back again

Very good food, 9 swimming pools, a water park, bars and an all-inclusive coffee shop, a large landscaped area with pine trees. Very good-natured staff. Every evening there is some kind of entertainment program.
Of the cons:
- tired rooms, the hotel was built in 2001;
- in October, the hotel was completely occupied, Anex is cramming it to the limit, not a single room is available. There are a lot of people everywhere;
- as a result, more people in the restaurant do not have time to wipe the tables and wash the dishes well: both are dirty;
- early check-in is not possible - all rooms are occupied;
- there is nothing behind the hotel, there is nowhere to go, but we rented a car, so it's not a problem for us;
- it takes more than an hour to get to Alanya by bus, and even more to Antalya;
- the absence of a sandy beach and smooth entry into the water.

Minus number 1 : Location, the Hotel does not have its own beach (in 2024 ) there is only a pontoon shore from which you can either jump or get off, there is only an option to walk to the beach through the territories of other hotels , which is also very inconvenient, especially when you go back to a very steep hill, as well as one of the main disadvantages the location is that, absolutely for all excursions, you are picked up first, then you have to go and collect guests from other hotels and then take them back, which is +- 20-40 minutes plus
2) The room stock is very worn out , there is swelling on the floors , the balcony doors do not close tightly, there is little light , patched plumbing , furniture in places, when cleaning, maids can easily steal a card that you usually leave in the nest so that the conditioner works.
3) Food, no matter how brazen it may seem, but there is a huge abundance of food here, but it is mostly stupid, it is not clear what it is and where it is very amateur, the quality of food also sometimes leaves questions.
4) drinks at the snack bar and other food outlets ( except the main restaurant and lobby) are the most delicious.

+ most of the staff speak Russian, with the rest in English
- the food is insular and "mundane", "on schedule", the assortment would like more
- the air conditioner sometimes cracked a lot (but it cools well)
- a small closet
Tips:
C1: if you need the quietest room possible, take one with a view of the wasteland; if you need a beautiful one, take one with a view of the sea and as high as possible
C2: the hotel does not provide toothpaste, in principle, you cannot even take it at the reception. Take it with you. Or you can buy it (on the 1st floor for $ 5, or in the near. outlet for $ 2.5).
C3: by default, instead of a blanket with a duvet cover, thin "waffle covers" are given, ask in advance if you need a normal blanket with a duvet cover - they will not find it at night, and they will bring a bunch of waffle ones.
It is especially important, for example, when the husband is hot and he sleeps under a waffle, and the wife is cold under a waffle and she sleeps under a normal one.

C8: if you ask for a milk shake at the bar, they will simply dilute the milk with liqueur and shake it. Instead, at the barista's lobby bar, ask for a milkshake with icecream, he will understand you and make a good milkshake.
C9: if you don't swim well, buy a foam hose right away or ask for a free life jacket on the beach

I recently returned from a vacation at the utopia family resort hotel, and I can't help but share my impressions!
From the moment of arrival, there was an incredible atmosphere of comfort and hospitality. The interiors are stylish and modern, and the overall design creates a warm and relaxing mood, making you feel at home.
I would especially like to mention the food – the dishes were simply delicious! The varied menu satisfied the most refined tastes, and the quality of the ingredients left only positive emotions. The breakfasts were rich and delicious, and the dinners were a real gastronomic feast.
The evening program was at the highest level. A variety of entertainment every evening did not let you get bored: from live music and dance parties to themed open-air shows. Every evening brought something new and interesting, giving a lot of positive emotions.
I would especially like to highlight the animators – real professionals in their field! They were incredibly creative, funny and always ready to make the guests' stay unforgettable. Their kindness and energy created an incredible festive atmosphere, and the organized games and contests left a lot of pleasant memories.
Overall, the stay at utopia family resort exceeded all expectations. A great atmosphere, delicious food, a varied evening program and amazing animators – all this makes this hotel an ideal place to relax. Very nice hotel! The buffet is very large, my eyes were running away and I wanted to try everything, it was delicious. The free drinks are quite good (wines, champagne, cocktails, coffee from what I've tried). There are many pools with sun beds, but the pools are not heated. Positive:

We are currently resting at this hotel. One of the advantages: a large territory and there is always something to do. Several pools. There are a lot of common ones, but they all dissolve along the territory and rest comfortably enough. I don't know how it is in high season. A water park with a large selection of slides. All the activity zones are under the trees and this is a huge plus. My son likes to play bocce and it's very unpleasant in the sun and I want to escape. There are many pine trees on the territory of the hotel and the air here is very tasty!
Cons: the hotel is old, it has not been renovated for a long time. The territory is not well maintained. On the roller coaster yesterday, two teenagers turned over from buns and one girl hit and lost consciousness. The food is monotonous (but for me this is a plus, there is no temptation to overeat). Alcohol is mostly local (this is also a plus for me, I don't drink that kind of stuff).
Animation is not intrusive, entertainment programs every evening. Room cleaning and replenishment of the mini bar every day. We were moved into an adjacent room and it turned out that the neighbors could be heard very strongly. The next morning, I asked to change the room and we were moved to another wing in a room with a larger area and very quiet.
It's comfortable here with children. There is a separate children's table, there is little choice. There are separate dietary dishes. There is also a pastry shop and a cafe-bar in the lobby. The coffee here is so-so and for me it's a huge minus.
Overall, I'm happy with my vacation. It all depends on the mood you are eating with.

4) bar and alcohol - there are a lot of bars on the territory, we flew on UAI - there is no question of any imported alcohol here, everyone is poured locally, I didn't care, since I'm not a drinker, but for many this is a significant minus

As a result, the vacation went great, the hotel is not bad, but definitely not 5 stars, a solid four. People who have been in the top five most likely will not like it.

A very good rest. I was there in the second half of October 2024. The sea is 25 gr. calm, the air is 25-27 sunny. A real velvet season. A large green area, its own water park, beautiful nature. We had a rest in early May 2023.
We were lucky with the weather and with a small number of guests, so the rest turned out great!
The hotel has its own beach, which can be reached by a separate elevator. The descent into the sea is not very convenient, up the stairs, like in the pool, but it did not bother me.
The renovation in the rooms is quite fresh, the air conditioning system is common, if you leave a tip, the room is cleaned normally.
There is a lot of entertainment, we played ping-pong, lawn tennis, volleyball, archery, dancing, shows every day in the evenings…
The food was varied, especially for dinner, the grilled fish was wonderful!
There is a bus stop not far from the hotel, it is easy to get to Alanya, further to Antalya, but it is also possible))
I don't know how much it costs to stay in this hotel now, it cost us 50k per person, for a junior suite with sea view, all inclusive, including alcohol for 11 days. And it was a great price!
I highly recommend it!

Everything was amazing! This is the best hotel! There are some disadvantages (room cleaning, replenishment of the mini bar and shampoos), but this can be fixed at the reception! The food is good, you won't go hungry, the drinks are good (teach them the cocktail menu and everything will be at the highest level). The pools were already icy by the end of the vacation (October 20, 2024), but the sea is fresh milk!
The people are friendly, the staff is kind. There were no conflicts, although we were occasionally notable)

We had a family vacation with a teenage daughter at the end of September 2024. We were accommodated at 13:00, 6th floor with a view of the sea and the pool with waves. There is a double bed and a single bed. The beds are wide and comfortable with mattresses and pillows. The room was standard, we were not cramped. There is a kettle and tea, coffee. In the refrigerator there are 3 waters with gas, 3 without, 3 forfeits, 3 pepsi. There is water in the territory in many places in the refrigerators, there is also ayran. Around the clock. A balcony with a table and wicker chairs, a good stick dryer. But the disadvantage is that the household unit units are noisy nearby. But the room has good sound insulation and air conditioning. In the bathroom, everyone has shower gel, shampoo, balm and body lotion. The food is delicious, the dining room is large, there were always tables both inside and on the veranda overlooking the sea. There were no queues, no plates were searched. The food is very varied, lunch and dinner are always dorada and grilled chicken and turkey. For dinner, something themed: Mexican tortillas, crayfish, mussels, tuna salad... Delicious vegetables and fruits, the pastry shop is beyond praise!
The territory is well-groomed, mountainous, which is a plus to such an abundance of food. The water park worked according to its own schedule: a tsunami up to 12, long slides from 13-00, waves in the pool also up to 12 and without a waterfall. The slow river doesn't work. But we had enough, we were more on the warm wonderful sea. We swam to the pier of a nearby hotel and strolled there, they have more beach territory and there is a coast. Our pier has a lot of foam tubes for swimming, which I liked. There is a perky aqua aerobics in the pool at 11-30. There are a lot of pools, we didn't even find one right away, there are plenty of sun beds everywhere. But we didn't lie down, we swam. By the main pool with 12 ice cream cones, drinks, a mix of nuts. Further up the hill there is a food court with French fries, burgers, etc. And there the woman bakes wonderful thin delicious tortillas with cheese and herbs, or a mix of potatoes with meat. It's delicious with ayran! It's right there in the fridge. I would like to note the presence of toilets and changing rooms with showers on the territory in many places! Including on the beach. After breakfast and in the evening we drank cocktails and coffee in lobi. The bartender drew lovely drawings on cappuccino, special thanks to him for the irony! In the afternoon, people were going to play volleyball and water polo, lawn tennis and table tennis. For kids there is a cute pool with slides, a mushroom with water. A couple of times we saw a small turtle on the territory, 6 cute, not timid kittens live at the exit near the elevator.
In the evening, every day entertainment: Mongolian circus, African circus, magic tricks, bubble show, then a disco in the Lagoon. There is a gym, we went to the tracks with our daughter. Wi-Fi works well throughout the territory. But my daughter didn't catch a newer iPhone in the room, they couldn't do anything, apparently, the protection of the iPhone itself is like that. There are cold drinks and champagne on ice in the lobby.
15 minutes from the hotel to the left to the bazaar with shops and food. And immediately to the left by the road is an outlet, we bought a few things there. We bought an excursion to Alanya nearby. Go a little to the right along the road and there is a bazaar shop with textiles, souvenirs, baklava ...
The rest was unforgettable, respect to the hotel and many thanks for the hospitality! By the way, luggage will be packed inexpensively in a film, 4 times cheaper than in Moscow!

And now the cons: 1) the hotel is very tired and in need of repair, even in expensive suites everything is hanging out and falling off; 2) there are very hard mattresses on extra beds, my back hurt in the morning; 3) poor room cleaning; 4) monotonous food in restaurants; 5) in the restaurant you need to queue for drinks at the bar; 6) pier, there is no beach; 7) evening entertainment is quite monotonous; 8) imported drinks are poured either on demand (not always) or for tips; 9) ice cream runs out very quickly. And now the main disadvantages - when checking in, there was no free expensive room paid for by us, we were offered to move to another hotel of the chain for a day, they sent us there, but there were no rooms there either, they sent us to the third hotel of their network. we spent 3-4 hours on this. the next day, we were found a room, but the air conditioner was broken, it was repaired, but the first impression of the vacation was spoiled. Also, when checking in, our passports were confused with other tourists, which had its consequences for us. In general, after visiting 3 Utopia hotels and looking at the organization of all processes, we decided that we would avoid them.

I have been to Turkey 14 times, in different hotels. Good life utopia is definitely the best! In order.
Territory: You can call it a park. A lot of viewpoints, flowering trees and just flowers, gorgeous views of the sea from above! There are 4 bars + The Grill bar, where night soup is served for those who wish, and in high season there is also an A la cart restaurant.
The beach: it simply does not exist, and this should be taken into account by vacationers with young children and few mobile vacationers. You can enter the sea only from the pontoon, by stairs. And the depth is immediately more than 2 meters. This is the weak point of the hotel, but it didn't bother me.
Food: This is not a luxury hotel, the food is like in most decent fives of Turkey, and no more. Bars are also on the four, well, maybe with a plus. The hotel is of an average price category, and Jameson and Balontice are pouring.
Rooms: cleaned daily, towels are changed almost daily, the minibar is replenished daily. And they do not regret soap and dust accessories, the countertop is in the bathroom.the knot was just full of shampoos and stuff. A chic hotel surrounded by greenery. Lovely rooms, sooo delicious and varied food, clean sea. Who needs the shore, it's a 5-minute walk away, but for me our pier is better. It is covered with clean sand. Cleaning at least twice a day, if you need, chupiki were left for the children, flowers for the girls on the bed, well, how can you not leave a tip here? We were at the hotel with my daughter in April. I really liked it. PROS: A huge area with pine trees and various trees. The purest air. The rooms are old but cozy and clean. They cleaned well. Cons: not all pools worked. There are no heated slides, the same did not work. There is no beach and only a pier. But we went to a nearby hotel on the beach. There are small pebbles there..Animation is weak n 3. Children and adults are not entertained at all. Not all the bars were open. Russians are treated badly. There are many Poles. There is nothing to do outside the territory. Prices are skyrocketing at the bazaar and the quality is terrible.

Before that, we had been to Turkey many times in hotels of a higher class, the cost of which is now 2 times more, there is something to compare with. I liked the hotel as a whole, the food is varied, fish, chicken, grilled turkey, mussels, lamb, beef - almost every day. There are a lot of fruits - watermelons, melons, grapes, figs, etc. Pastries, desserts, pasta, tortillas. We weren't hungry. Imported drinks - Jameson and balantines. Delicious coffee and ice cream. There were no queues in the restaurants, the tables were always available. The animation is normal, children's shows with magic tricks, soap bubbles. Adult animation is also decent, guest actors. The territory is large, well-groomed, but the paths are steep, it can be uncomfortable with small children, transfers run around the hotel. There are a lot of pools, the water park is normal - there are enough slides. There is a hammam. The sea is warm and clean, it was comfortable for us with the pontoon, the child can swim, dived with pleasure. There is an elevator down to the sea. Free deck chairs were always available everywhere. The staff is trying, polite and responsive, the issues were resolved quickly. The contingent is mainly Turks, Poles and Russians. The only disadvantage is the tired room stock, for a small fee you can arrange a change of floor and view. We recommend the hotel, if you do not plan to find fault with the little things, for your money it is quite adequate!

The staff is polite, promptly solves all issues, I would especially like to mention the young guy at the reception Ismail, promptly solved all questions about check-in, picked up a good room without any additional charges!
Bartenders are beyond praise!
The food is varied, there is enough of everything, meat of several species and fish are always present, once a week there is a fish day, they give crayfish, red fish, mussels, squid.
There is a lot of entertainment for children, a very good large water park, which is also buried in pine trees and it saves from the heat if a small queue suddenly formed.
Cozy territory, good animation, interesting concert programs in the evenings.
The beach is for an amateur, there is no feeling that you are at sea, since there is no coastline (wooden pontoon) and it is located in a bay that is tied with a rope with floats, and hotel guests are not allowed to leave its limits.
Due to the fact that this is a small bay, sometimes debris washes up and this can become a problem for vacationers, they have to swim over fences to find more or less clean water, but this is a problem of the entire coast, unfortunately.
Once a day we went to the beach of the nearby hotel Litor, which is a 7-minute walk away.
This beach has a sandy and pebbly coastline and picturesque views.
The rooms in the hotel are small but clean, everything works, cleaning is daily by default, the minibar is replenished daily too.
I wish there were dispensers with soap and shampoo in the bathroom, for some reason they are not here))
To sum up: the hotel is wonderful, I advise everyone to visit this wonderful place and get positive emotions from your vacation!
