It is perfectly located. Near the railway station and buses. A chic cafe is even closer, I don't remember the name, but you can't pass it by, there is delicious food and gorgeous portions, in the evening you can take a pizza to take away and eat it in the lounge area of the hotel. By the way, this is the area I really liked in this hotel. You can do something if you have free time, a lot of tables, sofas, a children's area with games, a coffee machine, sugar, napkins, glasses, wi-fi free, a huge space where no one bothers anyone. The room was great, nothing superfluous, but there is everything you need. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is a buffet, a choice for every taste. In general, we liked everything very much, we were satisfied with our choice.

Relatively inexpensive, for the Venice area, in Venice itself it is many times more expensive. There are several buildings nearby reserved for Parking cars, 1-2 euros per day, which is inexpensive. But you need to have a Euro card to pay when leaving the parking lot, otherwise you will have a long conversation with the operator.
