And someone wrote to the medical staff after I paid for the appointment that there would be no doctor. I had to make a refund with a qr code. The money is gone, no refund has been received. At this time, the receptionist tells another woman who also came to the pediatrician's appointment that the pediatrician is going to work anyway, although it's already 18:00.
