I gave my phone at the bus station on 15.01 in the morning to replace the charging socket, the "master" said that it would cost 60p, and that he would do it within an hour, an hour later he called and said that he could pick it up. I drove up 10 minutes later, and he said that there were problems and the phone was not charging again, we agreed that he would do it during the day. In the evening, he called again and said he could pick it up. As a result, he made a socket and charged 65p for it, but the microphone stopped working, which I noticed later. 16.01 in the morning, I brought the phone back to make a microphone for me, but a new "master" took over, who asked to wait until the next day when the "master" who made the connector would take over, I agreed and left the phone there. 17.01 at lunch, he called me and said that the master who made the connector did not come out today, but he has a lot of work, so he will look at my phone when he has free time and he will dial me after 17. In short, I didn't call, and I'm just in awe of this attitude, who only takes such irresponsible "masters" to work...

I called beforehand to be prompted by the price list, they named one price. A day later, I brought the phone for repair, but it turned out that the price had increased dramatically by 70 rubles. Surprisingly.
We called back the employee who was on shift, he said that he gave me such an amount. However, the second employee refused to accept repairs according to the named price list. And in general, he offered to buy a new phone. I agreed to a large sum, because there were no other options.
The battery was changed and the screen was replaced, but it was said that the speakers would also be cleaned with a bonus, and as you can guess, this was not done.

Then they assure you that they are engaged in repairs, the master will even give you his personal number, and assures you that he is engaged in it even on his day off. You make a lot more calls, then you will be assured that they will call you as soon as they fix it, okay, let's wait. Here comes the deadline for "recycling without claims", and you will find out that your phone is lost, and again "we will call you."...Do you like this scenario? Then go around this place, don't waste your time and nerves!
