My rating is 4 stars. Everything is fine, but there is one big disadvantage - a lot of dust on the shelves and on the packages. Everything else is fine. A good supermarket is an excellent choice. I didn't pay attention to the expiration dates, to be honest.

A chic range of products, surpasses similar larger grocery chains. There is its own cooking, very tasty. A huge selection of salads, dishes and bread of our own production. The cash desks work perfectly, there are all kinds of payment methods, not without clusters of course, but also there are no wild snake-like queues like a major competitor. There were no expired products (at least what we personally take with my wife), there were no problems with meat products (chilled, not frozen), there was no smell behind the blister. An excellent bonus system, especially if you are a regular customer, points are quickly accumulated on the card, and they can be spent on the same products. The staff is polite, there are no loud cashiers and other nonsense. The parking is huge, the location is excellent. With bonus card points, you can safely pay for parking online, which adds convenience, you do not need to queue at the parking meter, as is usually the case.

Don't take anything from these poor devils. They will sell you what they have, but you will not be able to open the box until you pay. From the first you buy, then you open it if you are not satisfied with it, then do not issue a refund because "the integrity of the box is violated." I did not understand at all the princes of the work of the seller of this store, probably to watch and chat, there is no interest in selling or attracting customers.

I was constantly shopping in this store. There is a wide choice and a pleasant level of service. But one thing really confused me, a month ago I decided to compare the prices in this store with the prices of the same goods on Ozon. The comparison is not in favor of my previously favorite store, and the price difference is somewhere 500, 1500 tenge. And some goods cost just a few times more expensive in the store, compared to the price in Ozon.... I was depressed... Now I buy a lot from the Ozon online store.

I came to the self-service checkout, punched through all the goods, poked to continue, offered to choose a package. Well, I press + 1, I'm an honest person, I decided to pay for the package.
Everything seems to be OK, I'm crying.
A woman runs up and shouts, "what package did you pay for?!"
I say, "which one was offered, paid for it."
"And this is the wrong package! Let me see the receipt! Here it is written 8 tenge, but you have a big one for 25!"
I say, "this is my problem that you only have one package to buy?"
"No pay!“, punches the package.
I am shocked, of course, to fight so hard for 25 tenge.
I tell her, "then make a refund of 8 tenge."
There are 4 employees doing nothing.
Pay, most importantly, pay, but we do not want to admit mistakes, we do not make a refund.
Such vile pettiness from such a big store is just a disgrace. While in Europe they do not monitor the self-service checkout at all, here God forbid more than 10 goods should be carried for self-service and the package should be paid without guessing how correctly.
Just the bottom. This time I gave you 8 tenge. Next time I'll do the same thing, but I'll also call the manager. Make your self-service cash desks normal, with a choice of package size, if you love your 17 tenge so much.
