The baths are excellent, healthy treatments, the food is exquisite, a new menu every day.

The hotel has fallen very low in service, it does not even reach the "four".
We went to this hotel for ten years in a row, today we see that everything is getting worse: the food is "no", the buffet is poor, no Italian "zest".
Bleach is used very abundantly in the pool, so sometimes it is difficult to breathe. Now there are many modern means for cleaning and disinfecting water, and this is already the "last" century. They save on everything: it's funny, but there are no towels and sheets in the bath, greed will ruin the hotel.
It seems that the owners have stopped dealing with the hotel, handed it over to people who do not strive for quality.
To top it off: it's been around plus 30 degrees outside for several days, the air conditioners are not working, this is already an outrage for a hotel that positions itself as a luxury one.
In short, the hotel is not a luxury, we will look for other options, despite the fact that we have always loved it and came twice every year.

like the owners to pay attention to the fact that the hotel is not run by competent people. I don't want to offend anyone, the staff is always friendly and tries hard, but "the fish goes out of your head."

It turns from a five into a three. In addition to the pool , which are also available in other nearby hotels . There is no food. The service has moved out. The old owner died, the heirs started optimization. Prices have been raised and salaries have been cut. The flag is in their hands. The hotel is hopelessly ruined. We've been driving for 5 years in a row. Not a foot now. Fortunately, there are many neighbors with water both in the city and in the region.

The place is cool! Excellent service. Convenient location for radial trips to neighboring cities. This is not a place for entertainment. And for recovery and relaxation. Both the thermal water and the SPA will do their job.

Great rooms. They feed you very well, you put salads and snacks on yourself, you order the first and second from the menu, the waiters serve. There is no point in eating somewhere else, outside the walls of the hotel. Nice pools, one inside and two outside. It's especially cool in winter, the water is hot, I remember the pool "Moscow"(which is no longer there), only in Moscow the winter is cooler, here in early December the temperature was around 8 degrees Celsius. plus, there are procedures, for a separate fee, after a doctor's appointment. The main thing is, of course, dirt, first you take dirt, then you lie in a small font with some additives. On Saturday evenings, there is a general dining room, they put up large tables with dishes, some dishes are prepared right on the spot. The cooks cut off part of it for you, from a whole turkey, for example. The fruits are very high quality and with a large selection. The persimmon is incomparable, the cheese table, the table of all kinds of snacks. The temptation to overeat is very great. The town is small, but due to its resort nature there are many shops of all kinds, especially a large number of shoe stores. Unfortunately, the hotel is not cheap.
