We walk with the child every day, as we live nearby. My opinion: before the modernization it was much better, quieter and it really could be called a place of rest. It is difficult to relax there now, due to the presence of playgrounds, bike paths and other entertainment. It is rather a kind of sports ground. I miss the boulevard of my childhood)

The entire boulevard was repaired there, or rather completely redone, children's and work-out playgrounds, exercise equipment for pensioners, a separate bike path, paving stones on the sidewalk, a watering system, BUT...! There is one unpleasant moment, there is nowhere to hide from the rain, there are some installations, I thought of shelter from the rain until I got caught in a downpour last year, it turns out no, they do not help! Therefore, 4 stars!

A good place for walking for the residents of this area. However, it is always rebuilding with the arrival of a new mayor. It is especially fun here on New Year's Eve, as the main Christmas tree of the city is installed here. In the summer heat, there are not enough trees giving shade to the numerous benches.
