Terrible store!we ordered a router, it came a couple of days later, they called me and said they could pick it up. I picked it up and went home, they tried to set it up for us there, but nothing worked. The next day I took him back to the service, they told me that he would be sent for diagnosis and wait 28 working days, I asked about changing or returning the money (since 14 days had not passed, but only 2 had passed) I was told that this was impossible, since I had already used it. In the end, I left it to them, they gave me a piece of paper where there was no seal, no one gave it out, only a signature. Then, 3 weeks later, they called me and said that we had changed the router to a new one and could take it away, they took it away and started setting it up, but it didn't work again (and when they allegedly took the <new> router, it wasn't even packed in cellophane). We took it back again, so that they would give us the money or change it to a completely different model, they agreed, provided that it would work, they said that they would return only 180 hryvnia, although they bought the router for 235 hryvnia, due to the fact that it was allegedly used, and it is considered used,as a result, they said they would call on the same day. But no one waited for the call and they called us only on the trail.one day, they said that the router could be changed. They began to tell them that they had agreed on a refund, to which we were told that no one had agreed, and this was impossible, as a result, the router was not changed and the money was not returned! This store is the most terrible, I do not advise you to take the goods here!!!
