Sighing and rolling your eyes is not normal. As a buyer, I am not comfortable choosing anything, when they look at me with a dissatisfied face and in a closed position, it is hard not to understand what emotions a person feels for you... I do not urge the consultant to put on a smile and be happy, it's just worth being a little simpler, because with one's face you can discourage the desire to take anything.. And it's not normal at all, I noticed such a thing that the employees in this store are constantly watching you, is it really hard to look at the cameras and not create a normal atmosphere for the buyer, the buyer can certainly ask for help at any time. The store seems to be good, but I don't like the service itself, which is one of the most important things thanks to which the store can leave pleasant emotions about itself.
