A very modern educational institution. The classrooms are well equipped. The area is very cozy.
At the institute, we, that is, school principals from different regions, spent a whole week improving our qualifications. The living conditions are terrible, the rooms are not cleaned, there is dust and dirt everywhere.
The teachers are competent, the lectures are for amateurs, someone leads their lesson with interest. And someone is so-so, for show. After all, this is the ONLY advanced training institute in the country. But, the conditions are very, very terrible. It is very interesting, but where do the funds allocated for repairs go?
We stayed in the hostel for 2 days. There was no bedside table/table in the room, there were no clothes hangers in the closet, there was no refrigerator and no kettle. There were bed linen and towels. Shower and toilet are separate. The room is warm.
