We booked a room in this hotel twice, which is a total: 1 time in February 2023, we were with a small dog. The room is shabby, the bed linen is not the first freshness, everything is stained, the breakfast is bad, but the staff was very friendly Booked 2 times for April 2023, with a small dog As a result, upon arrival at the hotel, we were put out the door, saying that they would not be able to check in with the dog. There is a correspondence with the hotel manager that there will be no problems with the dog. The hotel management is not at all customer-oriented. We drove 8 hours to this hotel with a room reservation in our hands, and in the end they threw up their hands and kicked us out. Shame on such hotels and the most disgusting visitors!!
