The place looks more like a family cafe. Clean, cozy, beautiful, with a claim to the "oriental" style. The cuisine is not bad, but it is better to order national or Turkish dishes. For example, chicken in sweet and sour sauce is boiled chicken breast without salt, filled with dark sweet soy sauce. Pide, Iskander, Lagman are not bad, at 5 with a minus. Separately about the service :I note that this is not the fault of the waiters- they simply have not been taught and they do not know the basic rules, for example, that salads and appetizers are served before hot dishes, and not at the end, that hot dishes are served to everyone at once, that if there is no position on the menu, as in my case Coca-Cola, you need to tell the client about this, and not make him wait half an hour for the order, only to announce later that this is not the case. In general, we waited about 40 minutes for the order. Someone had already eaten, someone had just started, someone was drinking the long-awaited lemonade instead of cola.
At the same time, all the guys and girls are polite, smiling, but, alas, untrained. By the way, there weren't many people, so you can't justify yourself with a lot of orders.
Oh yeah, the top-level restaurant in Kokand has the coolest dishes, the staff gives out super orders prematurely, and there is a delivery of kebabs very tasty by the way.
