The monument is located in the central part of the city and is one of the main attractions of Aktobe. From a young age, Abulkhair took an active part in military campaigns and raids of Kazakh sultans and khans. He participated in the defense of Sairam, Tashkent and Turkestan, which were under the possession of his ancestors. In 1718, Abulkhair was elected Khan of the Younger Zhuz. The monument was erected in front of the city akimat in 2000... do not pass by...
The building of the regional akimat began to look much better, especially after the Chinese multicolored garlands were removed from the facade of the building. I would like the city authorities to pay more attention to the former Oktyabrsky Boulevard. Namely, they repaired all the paths, made new grass lawns and stationary watering of lawns and flower beds, planted flowers in spring, not in the middle of summer. We have increased the number of benches and, most importantly, their quality. Firstly, so that the benches are comfortable, especially for the elderly, and secondly, the benches should be made of high-quality, durable materials and have an attractive appearance. You can announce a competition for the best design. It is necessary to prohibit riding on the boulevard of any scooters, bicycles, skateboards, etc. The boulevard is small and there is not much space even for pedestrians. After all, elderly people are walking, parents with young children. And any mechanical means of transportation is an increased danger. There should be constant monitoring of this. Especially in the evening.
A beautiful monument. A well-fed building of the regional akimat. I do not know who made the decision to remove all the colorful illumination from the facade of the building. But the decision is absolutely correct. The new lighting of the building makes the akimat building a modern building of state power, and not an entertainment facility, as it was before.
A beautiful and majestic sculpture. However, I want to note an important feature. For Kazakhstan, the main indigenous population of which are Kazakhs, the central religion is Islam. So Islam condemns monuments, images and sculptures of humans and animals. This leads to disbelief.
A beautiful monument, the only pity is that now there is a fine of 5000 for being on the grass. Although it may have already been canceled, I don't know for sure.
It is necessary to demolish this monument and build a building underground, organize a shopping center inside. It would be nice for the akimat to move the countryside and also demolish this Soviet building.
The sculpture is the same as in all other cities of the country. It feels like they are being stamped, poured into the same shapes.... a little creative imagination for the authors of such sculptures and creativity...
The monument is in the city center, in front of the Akimat building. He's been standing there for more than 15 years for sure...a favorite place for photos of newlyweds, in summer there is a good lawn) at the moment, half the city has similar monuments...
A typical representative of a typical Kazakh monument in the style of "a horseman on a horse waving to you with a pen." Several almost identical-looking monuments are scattered throughout Aktobe. Of the advantages, the presence of "dignity" should be noted... the horse. Life-size.
