We will never come here with our family again. Burgers, French fries - everything is cold, as if it were warmed in the microwave for 3 seconds. The service is terrible, we are waiting for the staff to sit on the phone and take the order.
The prices are unreasonably high, everything is very expensive, for the same money you can eat in a restaurant.
One star is even too high an estimate for this place. 0/10

In the summer of 2022, I was at Aburger. The place is cozy and pretty. The hall is clean, the staff is friendly. The burgers are delicious here. I liked it! If the quality of food and service has remained good since then, then this is a plus for the institution.

We ordered burgers, served them cold inside, and put the blanks from the refrigerator into the bun, not freshly prepared. They asked what it was, why everything was cold, and they put it on to warm it up again, and it got a little warmer.It's generally terrible. A star for the potatoes, at least they were fried. Later they said that as soon as they were free, they would dial it themselves. As a result, no one called back or picked up the phone in an hour. And there the time for accepting orders has already ended. Very clever) If it were possible to put a negative rating, then everything is "-5" for the service. Well, there is nothing to say for the kitchen, because it was not possible to order. You can't go to an offline restaurant anymore either.

I lived in Sukhum for a couple of weeks, but in such a short time I managed to love the food here, myself from Moscow. I've tried a lot of fast food, but these burgers are some of the most delicious. I especially want to mention the spicy chicken popcorn (it is generally the most delicious).

The sauce in all three different burgers was based on mayonnaise, and this is the worst kind of sauce. You can eat and you will satisfy your hunger, but you will not be able to enjoy a ruddy sesame bun, a green fresh lettuce leaf, a juicy cutlet and a sauce based on sour cream, yogurt or cream, with the addition of tomato or Dijon mustard. The fish in the fishburger is not felt, because it is interrupted by a large number of Jalapeno peppers. The famous Abkhazian burger is fatty pieces of smoked meat, a cutlet with mayonnaise sauce. It's hard, very hard for digestion. And we got raw potatoes. But it's still worth going in, since there is no other way in Sukhum.
