Awful. The rooms are dirty, the towels are stained, the bed linen is all screwed up, washed, in pellets. The photos do not correspond to reality. Beds are wobbling, shelves are falling out.The toilet is all plastic, the lid does not hold, it constantly slides down. To turn on the air conditioner for heating, I had to beg for a remote control at the reception, which still did not work the first time. A very noisy street right under the windows.

The price and service are balanced. Convenient location, there is an elevator, there is Internet. Room cleaning if you only ask the maids. I recommend it.
