Foolishly, I opened a foreign currency account in dollars at this bank and received a VISA card. I signed an agreement with the bank, according to which I was supposed to be charged 1% for withdrawing money from the card. 6 months ago, the bank decided to take 3% instead of 1%. This was done without my consent.
