Queues of 40-60 minutes each. Business processes are terribly structured. I ordered a Visa and American Express card. As a result, 2 Visa cards were issued by mistake. I came a second time and have been waiting for 40 minutes. Why should I waste my time because of incompetent employees. I really regretted contacting Akba. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.

The work speed of employees and their number are very low. If you come in the afternoon, be sure to wait in line for at least an hour.

If you come in the morning and use early one, then you can solve your problem in an hour or two. The staff is super responsive and ready to help, the girls do everything they can in the conditions that are provided to them. I am sure that over time the waiting time will be reduced, and the processes will be optimized.
