I want to understand the meaning of recording online if you come and wait in line, regardless of whether the recording time has come or not. The bank employee also cannot explain why I was not called at my time. The worst bank in terms of service. Queues for hours as they were 2 years ago, and they still remain. I had a score below zero, I would definitely have put it!
