The worst bank in the field of customer orientation. They barely work, they will accept one person and go somewhere, then after 10 minutes they come back and sit stubbornly chatting with each other for a long time until they accept someone again. I was there 4 times, a citizen of the Republic of ARMENIA, I tried to get a card, they said I needed registration and nothing else, I got it, I returned, now it turns out I need a social card, I got it, I returned, now it turns out they will give me a card as a citizen of the Russian Federation, I will have to pay 15k drams, since I am a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, I live here for only 4 months in a row, although I have had citizenship for a very long time.
