The hotel's convenient location in Montmartre. The basilica is very close.
there is also a small carrefour nearby, although it is very unsightly with a poor choice.
The hotel itself is not new, there is a small elevator. you can get to the hotel by code, which is convenient.
the rooms are not fresh and require renovation. The whole room seemed dirty, and it was. the kitchen is very small, but almost everything is there for cooking.
good audibility of the neighbors, the bed is too narrow, not a full double.
I give a three mainly for the location! well, the price was reasonable for 4 nights almost in the center of Paris.

We stayed for 7 nights, the first room was given with a street view on the ground floor, spacious, the kitchen was separated from the main space. Then something happened to the alarm system and we were moved to the next room, smaller, worse and with a view of the courtyard (
Initially, we booked on the island and extended it 1 time for cash at the reception, later we compared and saw that on the island it would even be cheaper by 1 thousand per night. In principle, the cost is normal, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking (except oil, salt, etc.)
To Sacre Coeur at hand, we got to the celebration of the "1st day of summer" - they had it on June 21, and the hotel was almost in the epicenter of the "French Duma", the whole Pigalle district was packed with people having fun and drinking)

The room is clean, but very cold, and the wind blows from the windows. Since they position themselves as an "eco-hotel", there are restrictions on everything: heating, water, liquid soap, which I eventually ran out of on the penultimate day. Cleaning is provided only if you stay for more than 8 days, and most likely once a week.
No slippers. The only hygiene products in the bathroom are shower gel and hand soap. The hair dryer is normal, better than in most hotels. The Internet is stable. The kitchen has everything you need, and even a Nespresso coffee machine with 4 capsules.
There are indeed still homeless people living near the entrance (I saw it in one of the old reviews). But in general, the area gives the impression of being safe.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located. The room for three is large enough, everything you need is there. The mattress is comfortable. The staff is trying hard. I recommend.
