We were from 7 to 10 May. With a small child. Upon check-in, they were forced to wait almost 2 hours, because check-in was from 3, although they asked to give any number so that the child could have a nap. The noise is around the clock, the bar is noisy until 3, fights, screams, music, at 4 a.m. the garbage men start working, I move the tanks along the stone pavement and the noise is as if a building is collapsing under the windows. The windows are wooden, so the audibility is like you're on the street. We woke up every morning as if we were sleeping in a doorway. When asked to change the room, they said for all 3 days that there were no rooms and in general it was the same everywhere.
Special greetings to the maids, I have never heard doors slamming like that, shouting on the radio and just shouting during cleaning. Daytime sleep, the child also could not sleep normally, they had enough for 5-10 minutes and all over again for all the pritensions and outrages. The floor in the hallway is uneven. There are thresholds and cleaners from all over the course jump on them on trolleys with removable accessories, you can hear a couple of floors.
The breakfasts are terrible, the pastries are wooden, there's not much to eat.
Many times they asked to bring water to the room, but they did not bring it. I bought it myself at a nearby stall.
We were billed for WIFI at the check-out!!!! I'm shocked, there's a paid Wi-Fi at the hotel!!! And that's half the trouble, we didn't connect to it at all because we had SIM cards with the Internet. There was also a rumservice in the bill several times for 30-40 liras, we did not order anything, but they could not explain where these figures were from, spat, threw them money and left!
And yet ... we left at 7 a.m., asked for lunch boxes, and of course there were none. They asked with a surprised look who you asked, and when..
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone for any money!!! At the same time, it costs about 3 times more expensive than those standing next to it!!! I have never seen such lawlessness and disrespect for guests anywhere!!! Although I lived in hotels at times cheaper and easier. Better avoid him!
