We moved to this hotel because we were stuck in Cebu because of COVID. There were 3 couples in the hotel. But the pool is really ours. Breakfast is normal every other time. The rooms are austere with ugly curtains from the 90s. I would never have come back.

Damp little rooms, nowhere to hang even a swimsuit. After the local laundry, I had to rinse all my things (but in another hotel) - they smelled unbearably of powder. You need to go to all the interesting places, there is nothing nearby. Breakfast is quite edible. The staff is as friendly and helpful as everywhere else.
