I like the location in the city! Right at the beginning of the Dubai Marina with beaches, on the way to the canal with a walking area and right by the pedestrian bridge on Bluwaters island! And of course it is beautiful and convenient on the territory of the Adress hotel!

Excellent location of the house. On the top floor there is a magnificent swimming pool, which can be used by the residents of the hotel, the second part of the house (apartments) cannot visit this pool.
On the ground floor there is a very tasty coffee shop with a view of bluewaters.
4 balls because there are not enough privileges for the residents of the house, unlike the hotel guests.
Pool and hall in the shade overlooking the parking lot. They could not even be borrowed for a fee.

I ASK EVERYONE TO FINISH READING, ESPECIALLY THE PARENTS.
I'll write right away why I'm writing caps and this is the only disadvantage of this hotel -it's UMBRELLAS ON THE BEACH. They are not bolted to the base at all, that's exactly today, on the last day of rest, a huge metal umbrella flew to me, which was torn out by a gust of wind, into my neck, at least a couple of centimeters more and I could have pierced the epiglottis. No one will help you if something happens, a miracle doctor will come and anoint you with iodine) Be careful with these umbrellas, take care of yourself and especially children.
And so the hotel is beautiful, it smells delicious-yes) there is not much food, but everything is delicious. The rooms are clean and spacious-take a view of the bay, there are such sunrises. There are turtles and a lot of fish swimming in the bay, take masks and flippers. There is Snoopy island just above the hotel-there are a lot of turtles there)
I definitely recommend the hotel, but beware of these treacherous umbrellas, check their reliability.

The top building in Dubai. There are many pools below and on the roof. Restaurants. Cool interior design. A lot of Russians. Cool and spacious lobby. Vallet.
Of the cons. Traffic jams. The sea is stagnant.
A lot of Russians threw a bull out of the window at me.
There is no guest parking, only a jack for 50 AED. A little expensive.

A stunning hotel with the world's tallest outdoor pool. Which got into the Guinness Book of Records. View of the palm tree and the whole of Dubai from a height of 300 meters. Very beautiful.

But, the main part of the positive is given by two factors - this is the pool on the 77th floor with a stunning view and the reception staff. The rooms themselves are simple, unpretentious, their main advantage is novelty, freshness. The beach area with sun loungers is located unsuccessfully, the most extreme.

Very good location: direct access to the inner marina, and its own beach, and walking distance to Ain Dubai with all its infrastructure. From the upper floors (including from the SPA and fitness center) there is a great view of the palm tree and the city center.

It seemed strange that residents who rent apartments are so deprived.. the entrance is on the side of the main one, the passage to the beach was blocked by bushes, an error in navigation for sunbeds on the beach. When the apartment's swimming pool was unexpectedly closed for residents, they were not allowed into the neighboring hotel pool, they were left without it for a week, in August
