Offset. The rooms are modest (I would even say the furniture is cheap), but everything is there and clean. And the public areas are very decent both in decoration and in other respects. Breakfast is a credit. The view of the Burj is magnificent, but the spectacular view of the fountains is not super, a little far away and half-hidden by another building, even from the upper floors.
Chic, I recommend visiting the restaurants on the ground floor. I liked everything: service, staff, kitchen, interior, design. A beautiful veranda where amazing photos are taken with a view of the Burj Khalifa.
