Everything is on top. Thermal springs of different temperatures. The rooms are clean. Great food. There is at least one Russian speaker among the staff, which makes communication much easier.

A good hotel for a leisurely holiday, the thermal pool is quite large, the outdoor pools are super. Comfortable rooms, easy navigation around the hotel. The breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant are varied, the restaurant halls are spacious, there is enough space for tea. The staff is polite. We are happy with the rest!

I didn't like it very much, the attitude of the staff is squeamish, the baths themselves are already old and have been in need of repair for a long time, mold, lack of cleanliness and amenities. The staff does not explain anything at all and is not very sociable. I wanted to escape from this hotel. The price of the room and the quality are generally two multidirectional values

Modern equipment, a glass partition from the bedroom to the shower room, the rooms are small. The sound insulation is poor, you can hear people behind the wall and in the hall. The pool and sauna are located in a separate building in order to visit them, you need to go across the street, there is no shower in the pool, there are no benches to change clothes, from one cool to a warm pool, go through a common corridor with shoes, these are different zones, condensed water drips from the ceiling in the winter.
Outside the window, the construction site is not covered or embellished, I opened the window and here are the concrete mixes. Of our settled group, half of them forgot to equip the rooms with bathroom accessories. But the range of food is large, and fish and kebab, vegetables and fruits, but you will pay for the second cup of tea))
