For 9000 tenge (February 2023) You will receive a clean and cozy room for the night and a place for a car in the parking lot with video surveillance. As far as I remember, there was no air conditioner. The windows of the rooms do not face the street, but into a common corridor, so it will hardly be possible to ventilate the room quickly.
