We were in line for the "One Window" service for about 2 hours on a weekday morning. It is almost impossible to get through to the administration, the necessary information and a section on citizens' appeals cannot be found on the official website.
Just incredible negligence, incredible ignorance of their work, always not picking up the phone! It is not very clear why not professionals work in a state institution, but it is unclear who and how. They can't give you the information the first time, which they have been giving you for so many years! They don't know what certificates are needed for certain things, they don't know what to give people, where to sign the first time. You have to go there 100,500 times to finally give them what they need for THEIR WORK!
