We came here purely by chance, looking for a place to spend the night, as we were passing through. My husband's colleague sent me here. Clean, calm, excellent either a dining room or a cafe, with an original interior, a good menu, a clean huge swimming pool, there is an internal parking, a barbecue (of course we immediately cooked kebabs). Shops and the beach are within walking distance. In general, it felt like we were at home. And definitely we will come back here. But with children, because there is everything for children in the yard! And for adults, evening gatherings by the pool with lighting are worth a lot. The prices are reasonable. And yes! We had a great rest unexpectedly for ourselves.

The staff is attentive, the interior is quite old, located very conveniently, almost in the very center of the city, not far from the embankment. The room turned out to be quite cold despite the hot batteries, all the heat was coming out of the window (it was in December). I didn't dare to use the shower.

Unreasonably high prices. The territory is not prepared for the reception of guests. The room costs 3,500 rubles, but in terms of appearance and comfort, its price is no more than 1500 rubles. There is a swimming pool and a playground, the appearance of which resembles the backyard of a private house (where all the trash is dumped and the leaves of the year before last are still lying)

I put 3 stars only for an adequate girl at the reception and for the food in the dining room, so I would put one, it's dirty insanely, everything is greasy, the carpets are trampled, it seems to me that repairs were done 30 years ago, the cost is 3500rubles per day.. but due to lack of choice, I had to stay here.

Unreasonably high prices for rooms! 3500 ₽ for a room in which they smoked, or for a room with a conditioner that does not cool (They spent a hellish night in the stuffiness, they did not even make a discount), or for a room where they did not change the linen. Every time you have to carefully inspect to correct the flaws. At the same time, they first make out, take the money, then show the number. And if something is wrong, then the running around with bags begins. It can be seen that thorough cleaning is not carried out, furniture and carpets are not cleaned. Walking barefoot is unpleasant! The refrigerator rattled so much that it had to be turned off overnight. There are two sets of towels and only one hygienic disposable set in the room for a family with children. The inscriptions have not yet been changed to Russian. There is no customer orientation. They only accept cash. By the way, even breakfast is not included in this amount. There are advantages, of course. Toilet paper is always in place, the pool is clean and spacious.
