I noticed significant improvements in my physical condition and well-being after visiting this gym. I recommend it to anyone who wants to play sports in a comfortable environment and with professional support!
The gym itself is not bad, the simulators are new and serviceable, but the flow of people is very high and in order to practice on the simulators you need to stand in line, and after that you can practice, but there will definitely be a couple more people waiting for their turn. I tried going to group classes, but they also have their own nuances...the record is kept with an acceptable number of 16-17 people, however, the hall for group classes is not designed for such a number of people, almost always 100% occupancy, everyone is engaged as "sprats in a jar", during bending exercises, get ready to sniff the fifth kidney in front of the person standing, and also substitute your own for those who stand behind, swing your hands too you need to do it carefully so as not to touch the side "neighbors"...in general, classes are not as comfortable as possible, but a maximum reduction in the number of people is not provided. And it turns out that the equipment and the directions themselves allow you to train normally, but the implementation is complete nonsense. Therefore, I do not recommend this hall for visiting, only if there are fewer people on weekends.
The gym is well equipped, the girls at the reception are very pleasant and helpful, they will prompt and help you. The changing rooms are comfortable, no dirt. I can say the same about the showers. Everything is top notch!)
