It's really cool and profitable! Equipment of the hall The gym is equipped with everything you need: exercise equipment, racks – everything is in abundance. However, there is a not entirely clear point with the use of magnesia for deadlift: someone is allowed, someone is not. But this nuance is easily compensated by the straps, which help out perfectly. The area of the hall is impressive, and during peak hours the hood works – it is especially appreciated on "hot" Mondays, when there are a lot of people. Of the equipment, I would like to note that the belts for belts are mostly small and are more suitable for girls. Staff I would like to highlight three coaches in particular: • Konstantin is a true professional with extensive experience and deep knowledge in the field of sports. Pavel is always ready to help, even if you are not his client. • Alexander – despite his young age, he successfully trains and helps the guys achieve excellent results within a year. The girls at the reception sometimes seem a little distracted, and it happens that all the clients are driven into one corner of the locker room, inconveniently. But Anna from the sales department is an example of goodwill. She is attentive to clients, knows her business and explains everything down to the smallest detail. Conveniences There is a big plus here – the presence of a bar and a kitchen. You can order a full lunch, as well as a protein shake, water, a sugar-free coke or an energy drink. It's really convenient. Minuses Of course, some shortcomings have been revealed over the past month: • The lights were turned off several times. • Water was flowing from the ceiling in the shower. • The sauna was sometimes not hot enough. • There are no washing gels in the showers, as in other halls of this category, although they can be purchased at the reception. You should also be careful with shoe covers – they turn the floor of the locker room into a breakdancing area. Result Despite the disadvantages, the impression of the hall is generally positive. The facilities, staff and atmosphere outweigh the minor flaws. I rate the hall at 4.5 out of 5. I recommend it for those who are looking for a good gym with extensive facilities and a high-quality approach!

I returned, started getting ready for training and realized that before my vacation I had left my gym bag with all my sports clothes there. I called the club. They said they had the bag, I could take it away. I went to training, asked to give the bag back, the receptionist looked for it and said that it had been thrown out. Thrown out, Carl! A new bag with two sets of expensive Under Amour sportswear, branded sports underwear, sneakers, sneakers and other accessories with a total cost of more than 300 thousand tenge. At the same time, there were documents in the pocket of the bag, which contained my contacts, including my phone number. I wrote an appeal to the club's management. There is no reaction, which means that the owners of the club fully support this attitude towards the property of customers. The administration is not responsible for the things left behind," they told me at the reception. That is, if you accidentally forget something there, for example, at the reception desk, then you may not get it back. They will say that they were "thrown out" and are not responsible. No offer of compensation in the form of a subscription to the club, which could at least partially cover the cost of things, no apologies... Nothing... and it's much worse than showers with dead, disgustingly working plumbing, under which to wash is a whole ordeal. If there was any way to put up with this, then there is no such attitude.
