I got a splinter under my nail. There was no surgeon or other specialist to help. They were sent to the hospital, from there to the polyclinic. Treat yourself as you want :-)
The clinic is good, new. Sanitary standards are always strictly observed. Only I would advise doctors to be a little more polite. I understand working with people is difficult, but still.
Disgusting service, rude, patients are not treated, but kicked off and not accepted. They don't care about the sick, they didn't accept a seriously ill person. There is no justice for this clinic. When they will already be punished.
This is the worst medical facility I've ever seen. Rude, incompetent staff. The surgeon does not do anything except prolong sick leave. For three weeks after the surgical operation in Tashkent, upon arrival in Kulsary, she did not conduct a single examination with me. Stupidly extended it and that's it. Fortunately, there is a familiar nurse, she did the bandages at home. If you want to know all the delights of Kazakh medicine, welcome.
Everything is just terrible. There are a lot of queues. You stand in line for 3 hours. The doctors are terrible. It is better to go to paid clinics after getting a loan than to these terrible people.
It's a so-so hospital, elderly people are treated on the 3rd floor, which makes it difficult for them to climb. And the young ones downstairs are unfair. And you also need more than 5 thousand bucks in your pocket for treatment
